"Stepping stone"-This life!  | |  Someone once said that in this life for anyboby to rise,there must be a stepping stone. When you start your life in any organization for instance,and believe to rise from the lowest level to highest,if care is not taken,you may remain there for donkey years without manifestation of promotion. Unless God's intervention or you know somebody at top,before you can rise. So many people are suffering from this kind of mess. Pls what is the way out to some that don't 'belong' or have 'God-father' where this is happening?

Ideally, all that is needed is proper education and years of experience if any.
Once inside the organization, there seems to various levels possible.
For instance, 4 technical levels followed, 3 managerial levels, followed by another 10 levels or more
The pitfalls seem to be in the major transitions. e.g. if a person is deemed unable to do management tasks, that person could feel left out ...
