| What do you think of DHA / Omega 3 eggs?  | | | |  The eggs that have pumped up DHA / Omega 3 are expensive, but I try to buy it whenever possible. I am pregnant and have opted to not eat seafood for the mercury content . . . so getting the extra DHA / Omega 3 in the eggs, I thought, would be beneficial. One dietician told me don't waste my money on these eggs, but I still get them. Plus it seems like boiled eggs peel better (the shells are thicker than the cheaper eggs?). Does anyone else buy them and prefer them?

| |  This is a good solution they have found, I mean we get Omega 3 only in some butter or fish so we have eggs now and I usually buy the eggs though it is a bit expensive. It is good for children and as my doctor says I should at least give them the omega 3 either in eggs, fish or butter as our body does not produce Omega itself.

She said we were better off getting the fish oil supplements, but I'd rather get it in food along with other nutrients! I try to give those Omega 3 eggs to our child as well as she is not into seafood. Oh yes, and we sometimes get the butter with the Omega 3 in it too. was cooking for myself I always bought them.they are healthier and actually they taste better. I think they are also fresher
too which makes any egg taste so much better. I always bought them and saved on something else as they are really much better, '

The color of the yolk is orangey and strong . . . and the shell is much tougher than regular eggs it seems thus making it easier to peel for boiled eggs (I think anyway).
