I like watching judge alex, he's funny and a great tv judge. Well anyway, I love when there are questions that arise and sometimes it makes you think on what would you do and well this question popped up. If you found out that your best friend stole something from you would you take them to court? What would you do and why. Me if I knew that my best friend stole something from me or if I heard her about it. I would not take my best friend to court, but confront her about it and ask if she had taken it first. I have seen so many times people go on these court shows and claim that someone had stole something from them, but could never prove that they did and the person that is being accused is denying it. Then there's not much they can do. If I asked my best friend and she told me that she did not steal from me then I would trust her and believe that she truelly did not steal from me. If I found out later on she truely did steal from me. I wouldn't know, I just know that I could never trust that person again. Cause first she stole from me and secondly she lied to me. Do you have any stories that are relating to this situation, do tell and what did you do about it.

I agree with you I wouldn.t take my friend to court either. I woulld first question her and if she says no then I would drop it until I found out she was lying. Once I found she was lying she and I would no longer be friends because she was a thief and a liar. I would nt be able to trust her. I was watching another court show I can't remember which one but a young man was suing his mother and I was just completely shocked. He made some very valid points and the mother was in fact wrong but to take ur mother to court is just unbelievable.

Wow, I think I saw that one too. I can't believe that people would take their mother's to court or even parents taking their kids to court. I mean seriously are you serious.
