Cramp!  | |  Have you ever got cramp in the front AND back of your shin at the same time?
you pull your foot up to relieve the back but it makes the front worse and vice versa.
I've been dancing around like a Native American trying to get rid of it!

good thing that i never had cramps when im on water. id panic if that happens! the last time that i had cramps was 3 years ago and i dreamt that i was a gymnast in cartoons! I had been tumbling in ridiculous heights and when i fell i woke up with cramps.

My partner told me to shut up or the family would think we were doing rude things! So I was rolling around laughing in between the noises and he was laughing too.
In the end I had to get up and run around and give it a good shake | |
