Did you k now electronics use electricity even when they are turned off? It is called phantom overload and can use quiet a bit of electricity. Make sure to unplug all of the items youcan and watch your bill go down!

Yes I knew about this, I always unplug my computer, at night because after a hour it turns it self back on, I know that sounds weird, but it does I couldn't believe it when I first brought it, so before I go to bed, I have to unplug my computer.happythumbup

I try to make every effort to shut off and unplug as many things as I am able. My computer does get unplugged at night and I always unplug my blow dryer, and coffe pot also:) Take care and happy mylotting. happy

I dont unplug them,even after reading this article. I am trying though! It said you could save a couple hundred a year and thats a lot!
