Does anyone use that Aqua Jogger belt thing so that you can do "pool running"?
I was thinking about trying that out. I am still at less than 10 miles per week since if I do more, my ankles start to slightly hurt again and I'm too afraid of re-injuring them to keep going.
Supposedly, pool running helps to keep your muscles exercised without giving the impact of actual running to your injured joints. I tried to do it this morning a little bit, but I could only continue for about 15 minutes using a pool noodle for buoyancy. It seems like something that wrapped around you would work better. Although, maybe it would be irritating. Which is why I'm hoping someone can give a review of it. Or if you've got a cheaper method of pool running, let me know!

I can't seem to stay in place though, it's weird. I move, but very slowly.
Our pool doesn't really have a spot where I can barely touch though, so maybe that's the problem. We have a shallow end, where it doesn't work to run. And then a deep end, where with the noodle it sort of worked for awhile.
