What Do I Do Now?  | |  As many of you know, I am fresh out of an almost 6 year relationship. We broke up about a month ago, got back together, broke up again. It is permanant this time. It was a very bad relationship, full of abuse, both physical and mental. I developed mental problems, had no friends, etc.So I need to know what do I do now? How do I get back out into the real world, make friends, enjoy life again>? Have you been in a bad relationship? How long did it take you to "recover"?

| | | 2. Graceekwenx (537) | 4 months ago |  hello erikmama... i too had been in a bad relationship but not like yours. there were also financial issues involved. I was able to recover in 3 years. slow huh? really... when i fall, i really fall down hard.
you can get back into the real world by tapping your family, try getting strength from them... and i forgot, i would suggest that you pray. Prayers had helped me a lot to get on my feet. you might want to get yourself involved in some groups who have the misery as yours and try befriending one of them as both of you have a common background.
