Before, I would just gargle a few times after eating meals at work but, it seems like its not always enough, also add the kind of meals that we often get at work, which is often spicy, I really do need to brush my teeth so, now I also carry my own tooth paste and tooth brush at the 'office.'

Because I think teeth care is very important and brushing teeth can help me to have healthy teeth so I brush teeth immediately after my meals.
When I worked at office before I did have spare tooth bruth and tooth paste that I put at my office. So after lunch I can brush my teeth. At beggining I did feel a little embrassed and i did not want other colegues seeing it. But later I got used to it and other people got used to my behaviour too.
