Chokingly all too common mistakes when filing for immigration

Yes I think this applies to all immigration applicants. I have gone through this some years ago and never had any problems with my papers. If you are filling out forms just be careful to read and sign everything that need signing. Get advise from professional immigration officer, those certified by immigration agencies not just online or other sources, so you get the correct information about things you need to know.

i am not migrating to any country yet... but who knows, i may do that in the future. i'll keep this in mind, thanks for sharing.

Hey ricknkae, I'm all to familar wealinh with immigration. If it's not me dealing with Thai Immigration, it's my with and the Australian counterpart. At present, I'm in the middle of getting a three month extension for my wife. It's not fun and games.

That's really horrible if you forget to sign your application. Sometimes people get too anxious, nervous, excited, or simply can't concentrate and these causes problems. Online information is sometimes a blessing and a curse. When I was applying for a visa extension I had to pore over loads of information online but couldn't find the exact application I needed. Fortunately, I found a landline number that I called and it took about half an hour before someone talked to me but I'm lucky to have gotten the information I needed.

Then again when I was going to Italy I was already advised by the Italian embassy that I didn't need a visa to go there. I printed the email which was in English and when we arrived in Italy the immigration officer couldn't speak English. But when I showed them the letter from the Italian embassy they just looked at it and then stamped my passport.
