Do you think murders should get life in prison or automatic death penalty?  

i think that we should go back to the old west ways. If your are found guilty of murder you should be killed immediately upon judgement. I am also pro castrating rapists and pedophiles. If your gonna do the crime you better be sure you are ready to take the punishment. What is prison anyways?? Its a building where the inhabitants get 3 free meals a day, free cable, and a free gym membership. Other then seeing your family and mettin "bubba" why is prison so bad?????

Beside the killing because of self defense, I agree with you. We respect others' human right to live if the person respect others too.

Ya you are right.When a person intentionally kills another person for whatever reason may it be he should be punished with death penalty.There are some organisations that come to the aid of people who killed others asking the government that its very brutal to give death sentence but will they tell the same thing if that same person kills their loved one? no never and can they give any guarantee that this person after coming out of the prison behaves sanely? no they cannot.In my opinion all those who intentionally plan and kill someone should be considered insane...

I agree. Especially for thos sickos that have been arrested for murdering and raping the innocent. It makes me furious people can even be released after that! Not to mention, alot of people think legalizing weed will help the making the prisons less full and I think that is a backwards I idea. But bringing back the death penalty will fix that problem real quick.

I think it all depends on how the crime came about. I think if it was unintentional to actually kill a person, then they should get life in prison. If they did it meaning to kill someone, then they should lose their life also through the death penalty.

if proven guilty yes they should be given the death sentense, if the death was an accident, like a road accident or something else that was not intended they should be punished to teach them a lesson, but not put to death, but if someone intentionally goes out to murder someone then yes, they should die. but they have to be found guilty and proven that they did it first, there are so many people in jail that are innocent but cannot prove to anyone that they are innocent, some from many years ago have been put to death for something that they didn't do, so if this person is found guilty beyond all reasonable doubt then they deserve the death sentense.

I would rather choose them to live a life of hell in the prison than them having an easy death. They should feel all the pain (and more) they have caused the victims. I hope people would also be able to watch their punishment so they would not be immitated.

i think it would be better to let the person suffer and not just die. although its a good way of punishment, i think it's not enough for compensating what he has done. making his life harder and put more suffering to him would be a great way to teach him. after that long suffering, if the person is still alive, he would want to be dead rather than live. which makes it harder for that person.

I couldn't do it, but I agree with you. They should die the way that they killed the person (or persons)! The only exception would be if it were a person killed by a car. (unless the person was drunk or on drugs) If it was a total accident, then the person should be able to go on, but pay financially. The horrible dreams that they will have to live with will be pain enough.

If a person is found guilty of mudering another person he should be given death penalty. giving them Life imprisonment is not right. We should follow the Middle East Laws.
