so what are you doing so much? are you feeling ok with so less sleep? how is your health? i am growing my child, he is one year and seven month and i really could sleep all the day of course if i could... i am sleeping around six hours or sometimes less every day and it is not enough for me... i feel sleepy and tired..

mrinali (180) | 3 months ago | I'm a gynecologist by profession and i supposed to stay more then 16 hours in hospital. My health is ok. I never felt tired.. I'd take my regular exercise, meditation and plenty of good supplements so that I'll be more active. i use mylot and orkut for entertainment... I'm still in hospital and writing your reply from my desk.. Thanks for responding me.

I usually sleep for about seven hours during my weekdays, but I might sleep few hours on weekends because I usually sleep late starting from Friday when I know it is weekend next day. Now I think that it is not a good habit to sleep late as our body needs to have a good rest after a day's work and play. I am trying to keep my normal sleeping habit on weekends. Take care.

5. coolcat123 (3401) | 3 months ago | i have no regular time routine to sleep, it depends on my wish whether i wan to sleep or not.A person should sleep atleast 6 hours to be healthy from mind as well as body. but i sleep at 8pm then wake up at 2am and again sleep at 5am and wake at 7 am, very different routine but not necessary i follow it everyday.

7. homeshoppers (1064) | 3 months ago | it depends, if i dont have nothing to do the next day then i will going to sleep a lot during the day i dont normally sleep at night maybe bcoz i used to work in callcenter before and we need to follow the american time and evening here in my country is morning in US which is of course their office time. and its already part of my body routine. but if i need to do something the next day then i only sleep like 3 or 4 hours and resume at night. i can only sleep at night if im too tired and if i didnt have sleep during the day.
