That time again  |

 well its once again that time of day, dinner time it seem like saturday flew by as usual, I didnt think ahead like I usually do so I didnt have anything planned it's already 4pm and the kids will screaming "Im hungry" in about an hour so I think we may do chinesse food tonight we usually make chinesse about once a month. I usually make two dishes. one is beef n brocoli w/ rice and the other is sweet n sour chicken (which is my favorite) the kids love it cause they get to help. I was wanting BBQ ribs but I like to let my ribs slow cook and there just wasnt time today for that so I think we may have bbq ribs for sunday dinner I will put the ribs in the crockpot then all I have to do when we get home is add in the sauce and let it cook together for awhile, while the baked beans and other sides are being done.

1.  snowy22315 (8140) | 4 months ago |  I think I am going to do something different tonight and make breakfast for dinner. I think I am going to make some kind of egg omelette with bacon cheese onions and other veggies in it. It is going to be warm tomorrow so I think we will cook out.

Usually I am in the same predicament, it seems like time just flies by and I don't get done what I planned on doing during the day. I've finally started getting things out of the freezer on the week nights so I can throw something together in the crock pot in the morning and get it started or just put everything in the crock pot the night before, refrigerate it and just put the pot in the next morning.

I don't have any ribs to cook tonight but I am making BBQ chicken with baked potatoes, and corn on the cob. My family eats a lot of chicken, but we eat pork once in a while too. | 5. lilybug (15394) | 4 months ago |  We had taco's for dinner tonight. I had the ground beef already cooked up, so I just had to heat it up and add the taco seasoning. The kids made their own too. My 2 year old loaded hers up with lettuce and salsa. I really thought she would not like it that way, but she loved it.
