coping up with depression  | |  How do you cope up with depression? I've been bothered lately by so many things in life. I don't know how to cope up with this. I have been distracted and I cannot focus on anything. What can I do in order for me to see the brighter side of life and manage to overcome depression?

I've studied psychology for 3 years and what they tell me is that the best cure is some good old fashioned exercising and staying close to your friends and family.

I write all the time and if you can try to focus on one thing at a time it should help.
