The proccess its very simple, you just upload the wordpress installer to your host ( or most cpanel hosting usually have wordpress installer). Open it and just follow all the step, and you will have a wordpress site in no time. You need not to make any script at all. And about the design you can always download the theme or use the one that the installer provide.

Even if you use a framework, most of them still need you to tweak a lilte by using a web programming. At least you need to understand php, asp or jsp. Well, at least that what i know. | |

| satan88 (937) | 4 months ago | yea i tried webs.com it didn't seem as easy as they led on. there were still many obscure programming terms and other things that you need at least some experience to make. the worst was geocities which i did not like at all. i aslo tried some free hosting companies that offered a free subdomain and space to advertise but i didn't know how to do it. Does weebly require rudimentary knowledge of html? and do they require you to place their adds. do they offer a free subdomain or a place to get one. I was hoping to put in some sort of thing where people get to publish posts like mylot. Is weebly able to do that or is there not much room for customization if i don't know web programming? | |

Weebly gives you a free subdomain: yourdomain.weebly.com
There are no ads on the free site you make, just a link at the bottom that says "Site created with Weebly.com"
It's really easy to use, and you need not one brain cell of programming knowledge from what I can see. | |
