What Do You Use to Scrub Yourself?  

I have a loofah and a glove scrub as well, and I love them both. I pair them up with a grape seed scrub that I got from Avon, and it leaves my skins so soft and beautiful.

I use a loofah scrub right now. Prior to this I was using a glove scrub. These indeed help in removing the dead skin. Plus, skin feels so much softer when we use it, doesn't it?

I love using loofah, long towelette style when I bathe. I like the feeling that I scrubbed off dirt. I don't like sponges. I don't feel clean after using a sponge, it's like there's dirt stuck on my skin. I don't like those with handles, I end up breaking them. Hehe! So yeah, loofah towel for me. Gloves are pretty difficult for me because I won't be able to scrub my back properly. This post makes me want to take a bath now.

its a tough sponge which easily rubs the skin and since its rough enough,there isnt any need to push hard onto the body.
it easily fits in the hands and does not slip also therefore its a nice way to scrub the body.

Nope, definitely not a silly question, lol. I believe in detox, exfoliating and the likes. I use this back-scrub sponge to do all the dirty work, if you may, ha. And I'm quite particular on the soap that I'm using..must smell good and fresh.

the answer to this queston is simple. I do not use any brushes or sponges, I simply bath with soap and water. I may scrub with my hands and a wash choth. I enjoy using body wash when I bath or shower.

I use a mesh scrub, its easier for me, I just drizzle it with Bath & Body Works shower gel and make some suds. I've never used the one that cleans your back, that sounds like a good one.

i have an exfoliating glove that contains liquid, so when i scrub my skin, the liquid cleanses and makes my skin really soft, you can buy these gloves from any pharmacy or gym, or even sauna or health shop, they are pretty reasonable in price, they are really good because it removes all that dead skin and leaves the skin feeling silky soft, it even works great on your heels and feet.

I use a loofah. I tried with a glove scrubber and it felt kind of awkward. I get dry skin on the back of my arms and for the most part loofahs have taken care of that:)
