How often should I use a registry cleaner on my computer?

I use Eusing free registry cleaner usually about 2 times a week or more. I would also recommend getting CCleaner to clean out your browsers to keep it from running slower. I use them usually when I start getting sluggish.

Hello and welcome to myLot As with anything, it all depends on how much you use your computer and what for. The more files you download the more they will become defragmented and therefore the de-frag will need to be run more often. I use a registry cleaner on mine once every 3/4 weeks but I do check every week to see if it needs a defrag and I do a disk cleanup too. I clear my cookies and temp internet files daily and as I use Firefox I have set this to do it for me when I close it.
