who are you keep more close relations with? high schoold classmates or college?  |

 recently i realized that i keep relations with my high school classmates more. i think it is very strange, we should contact more with our college friends for we spent the last four years, high school just passed for many years. it reminds me that my teacher in high school ever talked to us that the friendship in middle school is the most memorable. do u agree with this?

Its not surprise for me really since my high school batchmates have been my classmates and batchmates since Kindergarten. The school system in this country doesnt have a Middle School. Some schools offer education from Kindergarten all the way to College. But the school that we attended offered only until High School. That being said, its kinda like growing up together after all those years. So we regard each other as siblings. Sure, there are those who transferred out, and there are those who transferred in but the bonding from the original group is still there. So until now, we are friends and I think we would all be friends until we're really old.
Also I think we connect more with our high school friends because that would be the time when we are in the rebellious stage. We would need the support of our peers in all our antics or to suppress the rebellious feelings that we might have. So, this bond goes on even after high school.
That's just what I think anyway.^_^

When you see them in malls, or somewhere, you tend to be like the days when you were together and bringing them, back. Calling of names such as the father's, reminiscing the teachers, talking about the highlighted fights and relationships that happened those years, and many more. College friends are like your acquaintances. Because they tend to come and go. "Come when they need you on tests, go when it's the next subject." kidding... You don't stick up with them that much. And it's maybe because it's time to be mature during college. You don't do stupid things with college friends unlike high school ones. It's what I believe in.

Yeah, that is quite a good elaboration of what I was trying to say.LOL You gave excellent examples and the comment about the exams and after subject with college friends is quite true. Though I was able to meet a solid group of friends, even if we had different schedules we would hangout during our common time.^_^

I think my reason here is, in highschool we are just beginning to know a lot of things. We are so curious of everything.
While on college years, everybody becomes more serious. I don't know to others but this is what I noticed. In college, we must get serious because of the competition for careers. While on highschool, we aren't that serious, but we are just enjoying hanging with friends..
