2. coolcat123 (3611) | 4 months ago | both are quite same and i dont have a particular choice really. They not have more similarity than differences. The only difference I can find out is that in school we go study and in work,we go to do some work. Both are tough things in their own way. But i had a more liking towards going to school becoz of my friends while going to work is a must thing whether you are willing or unwilling.

3. BStuff (286) | 4 months ago | I would rather go to school unless I have the type of job I love. Schools is such a great thing to me. I feel as if I'm learning new things every time I walk into my school building. I love being able to come home and share all the new stuff I know. Or to be able to make friends who are interested in the same things as I am.
If I had me dream job though it would seem less like work and more like building a career. I'm a slight work a holic so I have to be careful in areas like this one or I will over work myself very quickly. I would be helping people and loving life with this job.

| 5. sweeteyes0601 (14) | 4 months ago | I would like to do both. I was doing both until my boss laid me off and closed his door last month. The contruction business is tough. I started college in 1998 and went off and on. I had family members whom I cared for and they were priority number one. I wouldn't change that even if I knew then what I know now. I am continuing education for several reasons: to keep up with my son in grade school (sad but true), to better myself and make more educated decisions, to show my son that college is the right choice, and to get a few degrees that will enable me to provide for my son as a single mother. I am going to school full time, but I still miss working and would love at least a part time job somewhere.

6. charlies2805 (610) | 4 months ago | Honestly, if it's possible I will choose both of them.=) If people consider going back to school after have left their education, I probably think there are several points behind the returning. First, they want prestige. As we all know, the higher the degree you hold, the more popular you become. It's normal, and people think just that way. Second, they really need degree to achieve something important in their life.=)
Just want to share my opinion. How about yours?

satan88 (942) | 4 months ago | i like school a lot more than i like work. I don't see that people with degrees necesarryily have more prestige. I want a degree because you need it to get any job. 90% of people have a degree these days it's nothing special any more. i hope it is though but it's not.

charlies2805 (610) | 4 months ago | But in my opinion, having a degree already gives you one extra point. Sometimes we do not realize it, but it happens just that.

| 7. taureiel (28) | 4 months ago | I am currently in school getting my bachelor's. I think, if money wasn't an issue, I would rather be in school forever! I absolutely love learning, and there's so much I would really enjoy learning that doesn't have anything to do with my major. Unfortunately, you're kind of reined in to take classes related to your major in order to graduate. But, if I had unlimited time, I could study things that just captured my attention... for no reason at all!! It would be really fun to learn about things like astronomy, or zoology, even though those aren't related to my "career path".
