Me, well i take vitimin supplements. I take fish oil coq10 vitimin D,Vitimin B complex with C in it and flaxseed oil. I usually stay pretty healthy. I also try to get plenty of sleep. What is the One main thing You do to stay healthy?

Hi Caroll, i guess itryto eat right.. Lots of veggies & fruits...i am gonna start taking vitamins here com the firstof the month when i get paid... i am going to try & get off of prozac by taknga itamin supplement..lori

Make sure you only do this if your doctor approves. I am so glad I am off that paxil every day I gained another pound of two and I feel just as good taking the vitimin D supplements but everyone is different so please talk to your doctor first I do NOT want to be responsible for anything happening to you. don't worry caroll i will talk to my doctor first..i am also concerned if doingthis will affect my SSI? i need to find that out also...lori

For me , there is only one thing that I do to keep myself healthy. Eating!. I eat food & never cares about doing anything else because for me, I don't think there is any need to take anything extra other than food provided you are having a complete meal. This is because the meal can provide us with all the essential nutrients which we need for the day & so far I never had any health issues.cool

Drink lots of red wine. The reservitrol in it is the latest "fountain of youth" discovery. Pinot Noir has the highest concentration. It also relieves stress!

I would have to say the one main thing I do to keep healthy is drink water. I also watch my weight by not eating at fast food restaurants. I do take a daily vitamin. Am one of those lucky ladies who doesn't have to worry about gaining. I could use more daily sleep but it just doesn't happen.

Well, there are a lot of things a person can do in order to help keep themselves healthy. A lot of times it is what we learn to eat, along with the nutrients and vitamins along with excercise that can help us the most as well. One of my main things I take is a Wellness drink from a company I am associated with along with getting enough sleep, and taking extra Vitamin C especially during the winter months to keep from developing colds and bronchitis. Since I am diabetic learning to do what works the Best for me can save me a lot of money in the long run for sure.

I am slightly diabetic so my answer is, watch the carbs intake. Not only the amount f carbs I take but also whether they are fast carbs rushing into the blood stream or slow carbs trickling in to the blood stream.
So I avoid white flour, sugar, corn, white bread white rice and eat veggies, many fruits, full grain bread.

Hello caroll30.

I try to eat right, and get some exercise everyday.

I also supplement with all the things that you mentioned above plus i have some Salba everyday for fiber, and i take glucobiotic supreme, and cinnamon for my diabetes. and i also take a magnesium/potassium supplement everyday.

I also try to get plenty of sleep.
