Do you know how to dance?

people say dancing is a sport. When was in my teenage years, i have joined some dancing numbers in school and some formal dances too. but now, i can harly remember the steps, i guess my body is already stiff from working in the office all day. but anyhow, do you know how to dance? what type of dance do you do?

I personally don't want to be in a dance move. I think that anyone can dance because it is a free kind of movement. You can just switch on a music and move around and it can be a form of dance. In my college years, we had a dancing class and I am forced to dance those social dances. Now, I don't want to dance with some people around me, I want to dance alone because it is a form of exercise. lol
