which do you prefer? a boy or a girl?if it is all up to you?

I have three boys and each time I hoped for a girl but when they were born and now that I know them and love them, I wouldn't wish them to be anything other then they are, boys!:)

But someday I do hope to have a girl but if I have another boy, I will love him just the same.

I was blessed with one of each. I never gave thought to what gender the baby would be. I was too busy praying for a healthy baby. That was all I cared about. Each of them has their own personality and I honestly cannot say I love one more than the other. Both have brought me tremenous joy and I cannot imagine life without either of them. They are adults now and I am a grandmother. The only reason for knowing in advance is so you can prepare the nursery and tell your friends the kinds of clothes to buy for the baby shower.

I always wanted to have a son so that I could have the father-son relationship that I didn't have with my own dad. But if I ended up having a daughter, I wouldn't love her any less. My mom said that she always felt she would have a girl, so when she found out she was pregnant, she started making a pink blanket and my uncle told her it was a waste of time because she was going to have a boy, and sure enough, she found out I was boy. She says she doesn't know what happened to the blanket though.

Either of them is fine to me. I am currently 6 months pregnant, and the doctor said that we are having a girl. We did want a boy anyway, but a girl would be great too. I don't see gender as a problem, it's more like a blessing to me. A boy of a girl have no differences, and I'd love my children no matter what.

I have a 3 yr old boy and he's a realy handful. I always wanted 2 kids, a boy and a girl but my husband doesn't want another baby so I've kinda given up hope on every having the little girl I always wanted.

I really do like babies or a toddler. I have a niece and I am really fond of her. Shes so cute ans sweet. I think I like baby girls more.:) I can dress her up like a doll and usually baby girls are more behave than boys. What you think? Happy mylotting!

I don't really have a preference. I would like to be able to have one of each at least. But it doesn't matter which comes first. I'm lucky, because my husband has the same opinion as I do, which helps. We both would like at least one of each.

I have a baby daughter and I am delighted with her. I always wanted to have a girl and a boy. I am lucky to have a girl and two boys. It is a shame that your brother in law would have preferred a son. Girls are lovely. Congratulations to your sister.

Poor baby girl , I hope she would be loved by her father equally if they have another baby boy in future. As for me, I have two nephews and a niece. I am pretty close with my niece and I think that influences me to have a girl as my first child, but I do not really think about it. What is more important that both hubby and I will always pray that our baby will be healthy and normal.
