I think it's not a good idea to beg just to get referrals to your PTC site. I will give you some tips instead. You can start inviting all your friends to join the PTC your in. You are a student right? Well why don't you invite your classmates and let them join under your referral link. Find some free ads sites and make an ad promoting your PTC, and make it a good one and convincing to people that they can earn by joining the PTC sites. List all the sites in your advertisement and if you have a screenshot of a payout, include it into your ad.
