 My wife was very confident. It is definitely on Sunday. Adam's birthday is on Sunday. And so we got ready and arrived at the home. It was strangely quiet. We knocked at the door and out hostess appeared. She was shocked to see us. The birthday party was yesterday,she told us so. anyway, we handed her our gifts for Adam. Being a good hostess, she whipped out quickly some snacks and we had a roaring time.My wife tells me she must now marked it on her diary instead of relying on her memory for such things. The hostess saved the day for us.

I think its much more embarrasing if you arrived there a day before the party and much more embarrasing if you even dressed up for that party on the wrong day. hehe. I have never experience that kind of situation because im really particular with my dates of my appointments.

3.  picjim (531) | 4 months ago |  A couple of months back there were a spate of weddings.There was a gap of a day and there were 2 functions on one day.I took my wife to a function on the day when there was a gap between the two functions and to my horror the hall was empty as there was no wedding that day.I suppose this is the result of age and forgetfulness.

Since no one was there, it did not cause you embarrassment but a trip that could have been avoided.I remembered trying to attend an annual general meeting of a public listed company in May this year. Not only was it the wrong day but also the wrong hotel. How bad can this be! | |
