Philippines: Do you support making MINDANAO into another country?

I dont like the idea of mindanao being it's own country because I just want my country to remain as it is.:D As to the effects it would cause the rest of the Philippines, I guess there are tons. THe most obvious would be that The Philippines (Luzon and Visayas) would have less agricultural products since there are tons of farm lands in Mindanao. We definitely benefit a lot from Mindanao and that is why the government never dared allow it to become its own country and I am sure will never do so.

Of course not. Mindanao is part of the Philippines and the people there are Filipinos. It is just the matter of differences in religion that make this a problem. If only people would respect each other's faith then this would not be a problem. In addition, if Filipinos would unite as a country we could do much more.

I don't think i would want MIndanao to be separated with the rest of the country. not only that were beneficial for it's natural resources, it's been part of our history and most specially during the times of war where Muslims in Mindanao had kept resisting the invaders and colonizers. i won't agree to it, it will surely be our loss.

NO, I don't like it. What will happen to Mindanao if it does this? I mean, it cannot stand alone. With its current conditions, it definitely can't stand alone. Maybe, abusayaff would lead it but it would be one bunch of a terrorist country. They would just attack Luzon and other islands if that happens. And why would they want independence? I think their reasoning is a little bit illogical. They don't think of the consequences that they are doing. If I know, not all those people who want Mindanao to be independent knows why. So, no to making Mindanao a foreign country.
