What are the things that annoy you when you are watch movie in the cinema

The last movie I watched was the animated movie Up. It's a movie especially for children so I should expect many children at the cinema but even then I didn't expect to be so annoyed by the family who was sitting in front of me in the cinema. There were three young children and their parents and they kept making an issue about who sits where and the parents want to sit next to each other and the children all want to sit next to mummy and it was truly annoying especially as the movie was about to start. I think the parents should have made the decision before they entered the cinema the seating arrangement so as not to disturb other patrons. It was as if that was their first trip to the cinema.

I don't like people talking in the theatre behind me. It is really annoying and something that I really struggle with. I sometimes will move my seat in a theatre if I have annoying people sitting behind me. People who do not obey the rules of the theatre and are either talking to their friends or on a cell phone.

Wow, it must have been very annoying when someone kicked your seat. I haven't got any similar experience as yours, and I hope I won't.=) But there are couple of things that annoy me during watching a movie. First, I don't like when someone sits beside me makes a call or chats with someone else. Like they are uneducated. Second, when someone yells out when it comes to funny scenes, or even shocking scenes. Maybe because I really want to enjoy it so I prefer keep silence to make a noise.=)

I hate when people act like they are home while still in the movie theater, and by this I mean doing stuff that you can do at home while watching a movie like talk on the phone. A long while ago my boyfriend and I went to see "why did I get married" and there was a couple sitting about 2 seats away from us they were close enough that if they moved we would notice. During the movie the girl kept doing some really vulgar stuff to her boyfriend and it was disgusting. My boyfriend and I ended up moving to new seats to get away from them. I was appalled that people would do such sexual acts while in public, it was awkward to say the least

You know I hate when that happens. People have no respect for others while in the theatre...for instance, people texting, on the cell phone and talking through out the movie. If you're going to do all of that...go outside so the rest of us can enjoy the movie.

I stopped going to the movies and I subscribed to Netflix and occasionally I'll buy a movie. It's cheaper and you're in the comfort of your home with CONTROLLED distractions.

Well the prices for food annoy me a lot since if you want to get popcorn and a drink its very expensive. Also the biggest thing that annoys me is that you cant go to the bathroom otherwise you will miss some of the movie. Which usally happens to me when there is a long movie or I drank to much and I feel like I have to go to the bathroom very bad which at home you can just pause the dvd and go and then come back and restart without missing a thing.

For me, I would say that the most annoying thing when watching a movie in the cinema is that wen there is a tall guy sitting right in front and moves his head a lot blocking part of the movie screen. As I am quite short, so I have to keep moving my head too in order to perfectly see the whole screen if not some details on certain part of the screen will not be able to see. That's the most annoying to me.

Hi zealjason hahaha that guy was so funny. I mean he is really annoying and if he did the same thing to me while I'm trying to enjoy a movie, I'm pretty sure I would have lost control of my temper. But its just so funny thinking how childish of him to really try to annoy you and get in your nerves.lol

Well, as for me the usual thing that annoys me when I'm in the movies is seating beside a pervert. You know, guys who tries not to make it so obvious but still is pretty obvious that he keeps on leaning on you. I usually change seats, cause it really bothers me a lot. And also people who are seated in front of me who keeps on standing up.. Grrrr... really annoying!

A most recent experience was when a teenage guy sitting on the row in front of me can't seem to stop using his cell phone. It's like he receives a text message every minute! The light from his phone was really hurting my eye. I tried to control myself from actually slapping him on the head ( joke!) but after a while, i got really annoyed that I tapped him on the shoulder and told him that if what he's doing is really important, then he should just go outside and stop annoying those who are actually watching the movie. I guess i kinda scared him a bit because he kept his phone in his pocket the entire time after that.
