 i have a bestfriend for 10 years now and just a month a go when i was assigned to her department then made me realized that is she real? my friend got in that ward a year a head of me and so she knew everyone there. coincidentally we had the same duty day and so i was expecting that she will accompany me and or orient me but sad to say she ignored me. it was like she was a stranger to me. during rounds she did not go with and worst she did not invite me to have lunch together.

I would have thought that the task of showing a new member of a department is decided by the head of the department. What is the position that she is holding there?
From another aspect we have to accept the fact that people can change over time. Maybe she has found someone who is able to be better attuned to her thoughts and behaviour.
Give her some time. See whether there is any change or not. If not, and if you care to do it, talk about it with her. In the mean time treat her as usual.

Actually i am a very posssesive person and i wanted her not to talk to anyone,she said me nothing but slowly we moved apart and now we do meet but once a month.
