Arizona couple sues walmart for calling cops over bath time photos

Hi Thea, the pictures were dropped off at a Walmart (this may tie into your other discussion about Walmart) which is like a supercenter of goods and services, one of the services being that they develop pictures. The employee while developing the pictures for these parents took it upon himself/herself (not sure) that the innocent pictures of the bathtime was "pornographic" and contacted the authorities. After the year of hell they went through and still ongoing I believe, the charges were dismissed by a judge that ruled simply that these photographs are innocent. The couple has now turned around and decided to sue Walmart for defamation of character, the employee had no training in determining what the pictures were and jumped the gun etc., or something like that. They gave permission to ABC news to post the pictures so that the world could see how innocent the pictures were and also to help clear their name perhaps. I agree with you that those with small children or those of us having been small once before have had pictures taken during that cute bathtime moments when parents are overwhelmed with the cuteness of their children and not for nefarious reasons are pictures taken.
