I hate to sit around for a whole day

No, I can't. Like you, I can't stay in one place without changing positions for a long period, and 8 hours waaaayyy is too long. I need to move around, otherwise I'll have back aches and stiff neck - it's not a good feeling. Fortunately my work requires me to do both, stay in my cubicle for a period and move around - a good combination I should say.

I could not do continue sitting or even standing for almost 8 hours straight could make my legs cramps and would really make an effort to stand while flexing my hands and arms. Also continue sitting cause backache and in my cases butt ache. Then, it also makes me feel weak as the circulation of the blood in my veins never really function well causing me to feel stiffness along the lower portion of my body.

I do not like to sit around either. I go for several walks during the day then I take a sleep and the I go to the gym.

i remember when i applied for work before, there's too many applicant so they need to divide us for the exam since they only have few rooms for exam. i was there around 1pm and the exam took at 6pm. theres no chair around coz all are occupied already. we are not allowed to sit at the corner coz the guard will prohibit us. we are standing for many hours. so i guess setting will work than standing. what do you think.
