These days most newspapers have a section for solving sudoko. In the pas crossword puzzles were given prominence.Do you think solving sudoko aids in developing intelligence.Or is it a game where one gains expertise in numbers and their arrangement.I read a report that it does not help one gain knowledgw but is useful for a certain type of number skill. What is your view on this?

Sudoko is a very popular game. I see many people doing that whenever there is free time. I was once on a long flight, and the passenger sitting beside me was doing the sudoko all the way from takeoff to landing. It is very addictive. I don't know how it helps the health of the person. For me, I don't like the game at all. It is just confusing and stressful I just don't call it a game at all. I have not played it !

I dont know whether solving Sudoko helps improve memory or thinking skills or not, I only know that it's very addictive.
I will get very frustrated if I cant solve the Sudoko. Sometimes just waste an hour and still have some numbers missing.
The worst is to get the wrong number in a certain square, then I feel like tearing up the newspaper.
