Is it constitutional: 'gag order' health insureance company confronted by GOP  

Both of them, the Senate and the President, are stepping all over the Constitution. Not only is this against Free Speech, it is also encroaching on how private business run their companies. It is entirely illegal, since it has absolutely nothing to do with the safety of the United States. If there are any gag orders issued it should be on The New York Times or the Washington Post. There are some major leaks in that area and that has to do with National Security. Humana should take them to court and at the very least get the gag order lifted. That is what the Judicial Branch of the government is for. To make certain that the laws passed by Congress are constitutional. It is part of the checks and balance system that our founding fathers had the foresight to establish. Sometimes, I think Congress has forgotten their role in the whole system. The US Constitution should be required reading for all Representatives and Senators at least once a year while in their seats. In fact, I would highly encourage anyone who contacts their representative to enclose a copy of the US Constitution.

If I were Hama I would tell Obama and his Goons to stuff it....The People in Hama is suppost to keep their people informed of what kind of changes are comeing to health care......

How does Obama and His Goons think they are that they can stop free speach....It's time that congress started IMPEACHMENT proceeding on Obama cause he isn't president to us he's only out for all the money he can horde.......Now Bob Woodward is on his case so maybe he can find dirt on Obama like he did on Richarch Nixon.....Anyway we can hope he does.....
