Home Sweet Home  

Home does have a way of calling you back when you are away. I have moved around quite a bit but I always end up in my home state. I think I'm fairly happy here but would still enjoy to travel around some.

Home is where you make it I suppose although for some it is one specific place they always long to go back to. I came from Italy to Australia and for a long time I missed home. Now my home is here in Australia and if I go back to Italy for a visit I do not feel comfortable at all and very much miss my life here. I was only ten when I left Italy and that may have a lot to do with which place I consider my home.

Yes, my home is the sacred and best place for me. Actually last Saturday because of Typhoon I failed to come home and help my family. I stayed in a friends house. I can't sleep because my mind is travelling and imagining what was my family suffering during that time while I was there with my friend, watching tv, having sympathy for all the people who suffer the large flood,eating, not wet and safe. I told myself, it is better to be soaked in water and with difficulty of going home than safe but keep thinking about them at our house. My sister told me to just stay there because it is much safer where I am. But my mind was still with them. There is no place like home. Even my house is small and old, I still love it because there living is my life, which is my family.
