 I've been thinking about this one since all of us really pray whatever religion we have, right?? I'm just curious on how people pray...Like, are you trying to pray only for yourselves??(I know nobody will admit that). Do you tend to include the whole people in the world when you pray or you will only include your loved ones??
Me?? If I commit a mistake or I did a bad thing, I won't tend to ask for anything when I pray because I feel really guilty to ask something when I know I didn't do a good thing. So, when I asked for something, I will make sure I did great that day, or did a really nice job like helping people. I also, thank the Lord for everything and for letting me live. I tend to include my loved ones as well...and also all the people in the world especially my countrymen...and I also pray for the world to survived all these struggles we are facing...
So, guys....just curious...how do you pray??

thank you for posting that wonderful question.
prayer is "work" and most people don't like the idea of work. we usually think that work is something really serious.. like we can't have fun..
but there's a very good leader who once said that he has lots of work to do during the day that he spends the first 5 hours of his day in prayer. now that's a lot of hours. and i couldn't believe it when i first heard it.
personally, i used to think the same way as you do, like i can't pray if i did a bad thing or that God will not grant my prayers if i've done something wrong. but there's good news.
God doesn't answer our prayers according to the how long we pray or what words we use or if we've been bad He won't answer us. God always answers our prayers - according to our faith.
Prayer is our lifeline to God; it's a 2-way communication. There are times when we can just go about telling everything to God but most of the time, if we really want to please God in everything that we do, we need to learn to LISTEN to His gentle whisper. And we can only hear Him well when we are quiet and comfortable to be alone with Him, not hurrying or wondering about other things.

I could pray and meditate alone in any places and be calm with myself while praying with God and thanking him for every blessing. I pray for world peace, for my loved ones safety and health, for good things that happen to me and finally i pray for the lord to help me in my future undertaking.

Hence many neglect prayer.
But God does exist he is Jesus Christ himself
So when ever you pray pray using scriptures from Bible.
David used to pray 6 times a day,Daniel used to pray 3 times a day.
Many pray in different postures but I saw pray kneeling down and offer your heart and soul to God while praying but don't pray just like that.
