OK, You TELL ME.........

I have not run across anyone who knows for sure. When we had these words before, it seemed if you incorporated them in your discussion you earned more. With these, if you direct your cursor towards them you get a pop up link to an ad. I do not know if doing this earns for you or not. If it earns for MyLot, though, in the long run it earns for you.

From what I've read, these are key words used by advertisers. I'm not sure if it is true or not because I've only seen it once and didn't click on it. I heard that, if you hover your cursor over it, you'll see the ad's IP address or something... not sure.

It is bothersome since no one has explained this newest feature. I hope an alert goes out to all of us so that we all know what they are.

gung ho about. I haven't patience to sit and click'
some blasted thing for peanuts, not my style.I like
mylotting,and I make about thirty dollars a month
so that's okay

These words are links to advertisers and to my knowledge there is no way we can earn more money from them. I think this is just the way mylot is earning money to pay us.

I have no idea but it's so irritating!! I hate things popping up when I'm moving my cursor around accidentally. I've begun to read things AFTER making sure my cursor is off the page!

I think it's probably more advertising revenue for myLot. I think they should compensate us for the irritation, maybe a monthly bonus or something, or pay us to click on the darned things.

I hate advertising so much. I know it serves a purpose but I'm not a consumer--I ascertain what I need, think about it, then go get it. I don't fall for advertising and I think there are a lot more like me every day in this stinking economy.

I'd just like to know why a discussion I started on the subject got deleted! It may depend on your browser and operating system if you can see these blue links..I'm running Vista with IE8..I was getting a "processing" timer at one point the other day when hovering on these links,but today I was getting a little popup ad when I did so..I have yet to figure out the earning possibilities,Hiccup..I'll let you know once I get paid!

Here we have an expression that sums it up: "Follow the money..."

I think once you click on that word, it leads you to an advertisement related to that word. So for instance, you see 'debt' underlined, and you just press 'debt' it could take you to a site that tells you how to get rid of your debt. Or it might take you to a site that asks you to subscribe to a free e-letter each week about financial management.
