Hi Princebux, whilst having mastered scrambled eggs at the earliest of ages with the only problem being washing the pan afterwards I suddenly learnt that I had been doing it all wrong. How I wondered could I have been cooking scrambled eggs in the wrong way as nothing could be simpler. But Gordon Ramsay the famours chef insists there is a certain way of doing them. So if you go to youtube and type in Gordon Ramsay scrambled eggs you will discover the ultimate and definitive way to do them, and yes, they are the best scrambled eggs tasted ever if done in that way. I add basil leaves to mine though so one up on Gordon. It is much easier to watch him create this than to describe how he does it.

I love cooking scrambled eggs. I always experiment on the things I can put in it to try to have different tastes. Sometimes I put potatoes. I cut the potatoes into small cubes. After that you can saute the garlic, onion, and then the potato. When the potato is tender put it on the scrambled eggs and then put in pan. Aside from potatoes, tomatoes, sayote, corned beef, and canned tuna will also do. Just a tip on cooking scrambled eggs. Put the scrambled eggs on pan, and wait until the sides are cooked. Fold 1/3 of the eggs, and then fold the other 2/3 of it until only 1/3 of the size is left.

i find cooking scrambled eggs in a pot is much easier, stirring all the time, and holding pot over flame, not letting it touch the bottom.
Another fool proof way to cook lovely scrambled eggs is in the microwave, if you can read the recipe, then there is no chance of messing it up.
