Which is right, live to work, or work to live?

one should work tom earn our living.
so work to live and enjoy life at the sametime bec. life is precious.

Hehe...careguarden, it's an interesting topic. I think both of them are right, it just depends on your philosophy.
For me, I work just to live. I'm not a hard-working person. I seldom work overtimes. I enjoy my spare time. Studying, reading and so on, anything I like.

Maybe for some hard-working ones, they cannot bear my life style. But anyway, find any style you prefer and enjoy it.

i guess both, as we are here to live and must need to work to earn for a living. we need to work hard for our life for our family so we can face our day to day financial needs. i wonder if thats only the reason why people live, just to work. coz if we stop working im sure we are all dead without the help from family and friends due to starving and no place to stay with. so sad but true.

We all are the product of the sociaty we live in, and we all should strive to get the best out of life that is the minimal of luxury. We should follow our destiny of life itself. We are being bombarded with the wants of the rich and famous, just so we can go into deep debt to be able to get it. The reason for all the hype on television and everywhere else, is to boost the big corporations bottom line, and by convincing you to buy all these high priced toys, is to take all your attention away from the real intentions, which is to keep the masses fully into debt, and then when the monetary system gets trashed, all the people will be flat broke. As it was during the first depression, when everyone was homeless. Now when they crash the system, we all wont have homes,cars,boats, no money, or food. Then we will have to go to our government for survival. Thats when they will call a national emergency, and put everyone into military camps that was closed down, and are now in the process of being turned into prisons discuised as homeless shelters. This is how the rich will get richer, by confiscating all our homes and everything we ever worked for, and giving themselves the power to rule over us citizens of the world. There are going to be 10 countrys that will be in on the New World Order. This plan has been in the planning stage for many years, and is designed to de-populate the world, and keep about one million people for the slave work to feed the billionares and millionares.

Hey careguarden! I have always had a very difficult time when
it comes to being on a diet! I am not very good at depriving
myself foods that I really like! And it is very difficult
for me to watch others eat things that I love when I am trying
to lose weight! But, it is up to me to stick to the diet and
I just have never been any good when it comes to dieting! I
have a very hard time with discipline! The only times I lose
weight is when I am upset about something! I do try to watch
what I eat but, it never works out too well for long! I think
that dieting for me is the most difficult thing to do! I
have succeeded in stopping smoking for awhile and I did stop
drinking, but for some reason eating is something that I just
have a really hard time with!
