I have folders for most things, but things usually pile up on my desk to, and every so often i clean it up and put things where they belong.

I have too much information on my computers to keep the files on my desktop. I do get lazy from time to time when it comes to the pictures I upload from my camera. They usually start out in the main folder but eventually I sort them into appropriately named folders within the main one so that I can find what I'm looking for.

I used Google Document (GD) to save and keep it all for my filing up 'duty'. Things make much easier if I want to download it later by converting it to PDF or PPT or WORD or EXL or Spreadsheet file format. In fact, if something happen to my computer such as corrupted I am very safe because can retrieve all my files online by using other computer.
