The problem that I found from my experience, most of the TV shows, movies, etc are using American English and American accent. When you meet a customer from different country like UK, you may find it difficult to understand their English. Definitely, it will be more difficult if you meet a customer from non english speaker like Japan, Korea, etc and you need to speak English with them.
