 "Internationally respected Siamese twin surgeon Dr. Josef Heiter has a demented vision for mankind’s future existence. He wants to remove human beings’ kneecaps so they have to exist on all fours and then surgically graft them mouth-to-anus to form a centipede chain. Is it bad that my thoughts immediately consider this creature's digestive tract? It would have to be severely altered lest the creature's back end become malnourished and the whole human centipede die piece by piece of necrotic butt-rot. I'm going to see this movie somehow, it's too bizarre not to.

2.  shhheila (1297) | 2 months ago |  yah i've read this on a site on upcoming horror movies...i'll definitely see it.. it would be sick and gory too... cant wait for it... have u seen the movie GROTESQUE??? its good and sick and yucky and bloody too... gory i think the guy there is a doctor too, because after he tortures his victims a guy and a girl, he cured them but then torture them again, some scenes are cutting nipples, sawing fingers, and arms, slicing the abdomen and intestines out... u must watch it... its painful.
