are customer care personel really helpfull?

its been a big problem that when ever i hav problem on my telecom networks i call there customer care ppl but they r so bad in there knowledge that they are really useless and offer no help and only waste time...so guys anybody want to share there experience...

My experience with my cellphone provider is completely different. I got my problems solved in minutes after I called customer care. If your customer care people are so bad in response, why don't you launch an official complain to its website or write an e-mail with it. I'm sure that will improve the situation. Have a great day!
