 I have joined one of the office which is HBA international India Private Limited, and the other is parsvnath builders that are calling me to join. I have done bachelors in architecture.
Which one is better for me?
HBA has got world class working environment. while parsvnath is a good one too but can't say as I have not joined it.
Parsvnath is just three Kilometres from my home while HBA is 50 Kilometres.

and i dont know about hba by the time.
what ever if there are difference in perks you can decide on the basis of that also.
even if it is not then you can select on the basis of distances.
what ever you can get the suggestion from some experienced people.

As far as I am concerned, I would take a job which is near my home, because if the work place is near, I can stay in my office for a longer time.

Decide what is more important to you, salary first and then work. If you are giving more importance to work then look for company which gives new challenges daily to you. Distance is not a matter of concern and I will suggest look for company which is having good name and pays more to you and gets good creative work.. Now you have to decide which is more important to you. If you want an office very near to your home and not much interested is the reputation of the company and want some job then join the office which is near to your home.. Think and decide which is best to you, all the best..
