What if Q#3: What if we only have one President on the entire world?

Just wondering if our world would only have one president? As see it on varies futuristic movies I've seen lately. If you are to choose, what would be his/her nationality and where will be his/her office resides?

Its a hard question. I have to say that I wouldnt agree to have one president for the whole world since all countries are different not also politically but have other differences as well.
