James Franco to join GH?  | |  http://www.soapcentral.co... Franco, star of Pineapple Express and the three Spiderman films, is joining the cast of General Hospital. The casting coup has tongues wagging from Tinseltown to the Big Apple. Plus, a former GH star says she'd return to the show to appear opposite Franco. Will this casting stunt bring even more big-name talent to daytime?
The story doesn't have much information except that he will be interacting with many of the core characters. I don't really have much of an opinion about this, but thought it was interesting to be getting such a big name actor. I just hope he doesn't take money away from other current favorite actors. Have you guys heard anything? What do you think about him joining the cast?

I swear.. that character was the pits from the beginning! And with her AND Lulu in town...I have been watching since 1969 and if they bring "Laura" back now... I swear I will stop watching. I don't care if Jason/Sam or Maxie/Spenilli are there.. I quit!!!!!!
