two best responses in two days!

i'm just glad everytime i got a best response, but i don't care a lot about it these days because what i am up to is to share some of my ideas and i am happy if it helps to the one who posted the discussions.

I'm happy for you my friend that you've received two responses in two days how amazing you. Me I don't have a star can you give me some hehe..It won't really matter to me but I'm just curious when can I have that star I am newbie here I want that red star.

The most important thing I love from this mylot is not about the star but the opportunity to express one's feelings and ideas. By just expressing my thoughts from this site enables me to help those which are in need of tips and opinions and that makes me a STAR within me.

I love to receive best response for all my response even though I definitely can not achieve it. When the discussion starter choose my response as a best response that mean I contribute something in that discussions or help him/her our from his/her misery. And that is the most important thing for me. It is also help me to reach the blue star faster.

I love getting BR's, and I think I have had a day where I got two in a row from really old discussions I did when I started and used to post a lot more! When I get them I tend to see them as a form of validation for the time I put in here. It is like someone coming over to me and patting me on the back while telling me I am doing a good job. It is probably quite shallow, but that level of appreciation just makes me happy and want to keep staying around here, especially if it was a popular discussion which means that my response stood out form the others. I like the idea that people read what I say and judge it to be worthy of a mention lol

So I guess I can safely say that BR's mean an awful lot to me, especially these days when I don't do so much here so they are slightly rarer and all the more special for it lol.

Secondly, I do take "best repsonses" very seriously, and am very pleased when some-one bestows one upon me...it means that there was something of acumen in my response that was approved & respected, and it truly is a treat to get two in one day, in a community the size of myLot. Congratulations on your best reaponses. I always feel good when I get a best reasonse, as it always something that I never plan on, but feel good when it happens. I come in hee and give it my best shot, and if I get the best resaponse, then great, and if I don't, then that is okay too, as I am not here to be the best or anything like that. I am just here to share my views, and say what comes from my heart. It makes me ralize that they thought enough of my response to give me the best one. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

hi sailor 10, like you I very much enjoy receiving a best response and they always bring a smile to my face. As I like to receive them I also always make a point to give them out as well so regularly go through my unresolved list. Things like being in the digest are of no actual interest to me but best responses feel different, plus we get to keep an easy record of them. It seems difficult to keep track of them after the 10th page which is really annoying as I like to check on the general number. After 100 though they get jumbled on the pages so I can only guess now that the number must be between 120 and 130.

Another thing to remember with best responses is that when you receive one it is nice to go back in and acknowledge it, this way the discussion will be revived again in the lists for the original poster.

Hi, Sailor! Congratulations! I had the same surprise before, I received two Best Responses in a day! I will try to give and share everything I know in a discussion, but there are other times when I could not put into words what I want to share. So, whenever I receive a BR especially for the response that I believe I have put my heart into it, it does really matter SO much to me. I feel appreciated and glad that I could help in any way I can, and yes, it does boost up my confidence.
