 My father and my aunt snore when they go to sleep .the sound of snore is big.it upset other people .lucky,I can not be affected by environment when I am sleeping .But when someone visit my parents .it makes them upset.
someone say that snore is a kind of disease for there are some problem of nose.It may be cause people 's death.

1.  votenoonpineapple (209) | 2 months ago |  There is something called sleep apnia (I may have spelled that wrong), where there is something with the back of the throat/nose, and it causes people to snore loudly, and they'll actually stop breathing 100 times or so a night. It's also hard on the heart.
For sleep apnia, you can get a machine that helps you breathe while you sleep (it's sort of a box with a tube and a mask for your mouth/nose area).
Not everyone who snores necessarily has sleep apnia, though. Sometimes, it just means they're really tired or they've had too much to drink. Some people can actually quit snoring by wearing a mouth guard, too, which keeps their jaw aligned the right way while they're asleep, and opens up the airways.

my brother snores and sounds like a motorboat while sleeping! I am not kidding you, he keeps the whole family awake with his snore! haaayy.. It is a good thing, my room is not next to him.
