I am usually spoiled rotten by the time I have to go back to work. Overnight changes are just no good. It takes me a good week or two to get back into the swing of things. Glad you had fun!

Well, I hope the transition will be easy and that you'll be back in the swing of things at work in an hour after being back.

| 5. book1962 (14567) | 3 months ago |  hi missybear that term of a staycation sounds funny. you got the copyright to it and I hope you dont mind if I borrow it. lol.
I usually also do have staycations we dont even rent a hotel room but stay here at home. When I have only one week off I try to get back to my usual schedule after two days of sleeping in so I dont mess up the biological clock too much. I will have to do that in the measly one week now I have off in October.
When I have two weeks off like I will have in November things are a little different. I will then live a nightowls life for the first week, that means mylot a lot in the evenings and nights till my eyes fall shut at the computer and then go to bed at weird times. But in the second week I will then re adjust my inner clock again to my work schedule as for me as a night owl its not easy at all to get up at 4 in the morning.
