What kind of Milk do you buy?  |

 Some people tell me they buy 1% or 2% based on how much fat they want, but why does 1% really make a difference?
Are you going to gain like 30 pounds or be drastically less healthy based on the 1% difference?
I can understand the difference between skim and homogenized, but what motivates you to buy 1% or 2%? Or do you just buy Skim or homo?
I'd like to see what people buy and why, as curiosity is killing me!:P

| 5. sacmom (5951) | 4 months ago |  I buy whole milk. I used to get 1 and 2%, but after reading a study about it affecting men's prostate I get whole milk for the family. At least, I think it was the prostate. And with 3 guys in the house (my husband and our 2 kids), I don't want to take the risk.
There are times that I still buy 1 or 2%, but only because there is nothing else available at the store. Though it is rare and I'm the only one that drinks it.
