Hi mylotters, I would like to know if anyone mylot members have reduced their weight. If yes, how much have your reduced? how long it took to reduced? what are the things you did to reduce weight? please share with me I want to reduce about 10 kilograms, but I love to have food. what are the good methods to reduce weight fast and without any side effects?

Once i lost 10 pounds in a week but in a horrible way. That week i was really really sick and just couldnt eat anything, my throat hurt so much i just couldnt and in general i just feel like crap.

I think you have not reduced in right method. I heard skipping food will not work out sometimes. Thanks for your response.

yeah i know it wasnt good, but it wasnt like i was looking for that. I honestly was just sick and losing weight was secondary effect. I wouldnt recommend anyone to do that. It was a horrible experience i wish never to repeat.

Losing weight is not an easy process, it takes time, effort and discipline. I heard that losing weight is a decision of changing to a healthy/healthier lifestyle. Taking in food in moderation helps and having a balanced nutritious meal 3 times a day is good for the body.
If you are seriously determined to lose the weight, you have to commit yourself fully to that decision and getting support from others is great.
I think that losing weight for good has no shortcuts.

friend, you are right. I have determined many times in past to reduce weight, but I did not stick to it so gave up. This time I am planning to go serious and have to stick to my plans to reduce weight. As you said, it is not an easy process. thanks for your information.

Glad to know and good luck. Find an exercise buddy that you can hang out with cause it might get tough along that road, you can support each other and at the same time have fun to make things easier for you.

I lost 20-25 pounds but I did that in 2 years. I did that gradually. I changed my lifestyle, spend 1-2 hours exercising almost everyday. I didn't change my diet that fast. It's hard when you need to eat outside and grab those ready to eat snack/meals.. that's the usual cause why we gain weght fast. You don't know how those foods were prepared, how much oil they used and what are their ingredients so even though they look mouth-watering and delicious, lots of fats and calories are hidden there. You need to avoid also those fried stuff, baked like cakes, pastries and sweets. You'll lose weight fast when you do regular exercise while you balance your diet. When you get used to it, you may now add more time to your exercise or do more cardio exercise and then you'll reach your target weight that fast. Overnight or Instant lose weight program usually don't work and normally have side effects. So, goodluck!

i lose 30 lbs. in two months. I maintain my diet with small meal and work out a lot. i love around the house whether its cleaning or arranging the furniture, i will take advantage of it. Discipline your eating habit. Its not a crime to eat what you want just eat in moderation. i dont recommend diet pills because everybody has different affects to it and plus if you get dependent to diet pills and you will never know how to discipline yourself when it comes to having a healthy lifestyle.

no..i never needed it..i just do Yoga for healthy body and mind...i never had excess of weight so never had to go for weight loses..even i cant starve too much...but i occasionally fast so that is the reason fat doesn't accumulate....i never had to think of weight loss solutions so dont know about it..sorry i can't suggest anythingsad
