it doesn't matter if billie joe having another band, don't you know that many singer, guitarist, bassist, or drummer sometimes playing not only in one band and one genre music? billie joe is a real punk rock and green day is a punk rock band but green day doesn't always sing punk rock song too, even they have ballad song with punk rock touch for example in 'good riddance -time of your life'. having another band that is not in similiar genre doesn't mean you aren't punk rock anymore, sometimes it's for experience trying other music genres and fusion with another and increase their skill. I live 24 hours with bands, songs and music around me so that's the reality pal.

Yeah, his right, Even if he had another band he still a punk rock, and his other band has some touch of punk too. so he can't scape his root as a punk it will come out.:)

Yes I do know him. I've been one of the band's greatest fans. I can say that I still am! It's like every album they release, they just keep getting better and better. On the other hand, Billie Joe is really good in performing live.
