How do you tackle people who always praise themselves?

Hi,tsk,there are people in the society with both the characters -superiority complex and Inferior complex.Both are not succed in their lives.Superiority complex people always feel that they are great and don't accept others greatness.For that type of people,we initially act that we too agree with him whatever he says.Later slowly comvert to our path.All the best and have a nice time.

People like that are really common nowadays bu8t I tend to ignore them and just try to listen to them even though I really feel irritated. I will just respect them and don't comment at all since they are really like and I am not responsible for changing them. I have friends like that..and most of my other friends just ignore them...

well, yeah, and i think it's called bragging as well. it's hard to get along with those kind of people really.in the end they tend to loose it all and beg for forgiveness. in short, they're just a bunch of losers who don't know where they belong

It's good to praise themselve to boost some self-confidence, but it will become bad will they over praise themselves. All these people hardly be success in life, they only live in their world, they can't accept any comments and think they alway right and other people is wrong!

Well, normally I just let them say their big lie while I just don't care about them. It only waste my time hear them talking.

Yes i have met this kinda person, I nearly have fight with. I don't like to praise one who like to praise themselves, its bad for their soul, bad for our life, bad for our country. I tend to ignore don't care, I'm not trying to make friend.

we have some office mates who are like that but one is so conspicuous to the point of already irritating people. she always talks in a loud voice for everyone to hear whether it is something she has done at home or in the office. she does not acknowledge work done by other staff and always thinks she is better than anybody. it is so irritating to hear her. what i do is ignore her but sometimes u just can't ignore listening to her loud voice ... i plug earphones into my ears and listen to music instead. that way, i am not hearing her high praises of herself and boasts. some other employees also ignore her and do not mind her. sometimes we walk away from where she is.

I hate it when people praise themselves and think they are better than everyone else. I have wanted to say something to someone who does this but I usually keep my mouth shut to prevent conflict. Some people are that way and I have accepted that. People who praise themselves don't relize they are making a fool out of themselves when boasting in front of everyone. Sometimes they don't relize it but they are actually hurting peoples feelings. Boasting about what you have or making it a point to thow it in someones face is not polite at all and very rude. People like need to take a class in good behavior. That is the way I see things. Everyone should treat others the way they would want to be treated and respect them. Recieving respect and giving respect is a very good feeling.

well, since it is their nature and they are happy that way. I let them do all the talking until they get tired then proceed to make my own point. Then, if the person insist that i listen to him it hardly makes any differences as they only listen to themselves and is happy to ruin the ears of the listeners while they brag on their accomplishment with no sense of common sense that the people who they are bragging are secretly annoy with their antics..

They r the most difficult people...They use the word 'I' a hundred times in 5 minutes....They think they know everything & all others r fools. They r not good listners, so better avoid them, politely making some excuse....They will win all arguements. so better we keep quiet....

I will just change the topic. If they really deserve the praise, I will patiently hear to their words. If it is false boasting, I do not have patience to hear to that nonsense. Just change the topic and that person has no other way other than changing his boasting topic. He will also get a hint that it is boring for the other party.
