How to get rid of a stray black cat  

Not being racist by call ing the black cat,but i have always had problems with black cats.So the problem is that every night that black cat comes and fights with the neighbourhood cats on my roof top,its so annoying esp the sound they make.I sometimes wish i could shoot the head of that cat if i had a gun,yeah it pisses me up so badly.
NEEED A QUICK SOLUTION,i love cats cause i have one too but this one is just getting on my nerves.Urghh even the other stray cats beat the crap out of it ,yet it comes nearly every night.
